• Shift: Night shift, 4x10-hour schedule (18:00 - 06:30)

• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,600 - $2,790
• Charting System: Epic
• Equipment: GE Optima CT660; GE and Siemens experience preferred
• Additional Notes: Call and weekend coverage may be required as needed for the department

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1.5-2 years of hospital CT experience preferred; 2 years required for standard submission
• BLS certification required
• ARRT (R) and ARRT (CT) credentials required
• Connecticut and Rhode Island radiology licensing required; candidates may start once one license is issued while the other is pending
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and accommodate floating as needed
• Experience with the Epic charting system required
• Experience with GE and/or Siemens imaging equipment strongly preferred
• Strong clinical background supporting adolescent, adult, pediatric, and geriatric patients
• One professional reference required
• Local candidates within 75 miles are not accepted

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality CT scans and diagnostic imaging studies in a busy hospital environment
• Support a diverse patient population, including adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics
• Operate advanced CT imaging equipment and perform a broad range of scans and post-processing techniques
• Prepare and administer contrast media when indicated and follow established safety protocols
• Maintain accurate documentation in Epic and collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary care team
• Provide compassionate patient care while working in a trauma and stroke center setting
• Float between nearby facilities as needed to support departmental coverage
• Follow all infection prevention, radiation safety, and patient care guidelines
