Travel CT Technologist Job Details

• Position: CT Technologist / Computed Tomography Technologist
• Healthcare Setting: Hospital CT and radiology department
• Location: Cleveland, Ohio
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,950–$2,100
• Start Date: November 9, 2026
• End Date: May 10, 2027
• Travel Contract Duration: 26 weeks
• Schedule: Three 12-hour night shifts per week, approximately 6:30 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
• Weekend Coverage: Saturday, Sunday, and Monday nights
• Call: No call required
• Holiday Coverage: Holidays that fall on scheduled workdays
• Work Arrangement: On-site

CT Technologist Job Requirements

• At least 2 years of CT Technologist experience required
• Minimum of 18 months of permanent experience in the CT specialty before beginning a travel assignment
• Current ARRT registration appropriate for CT practice
• Active Ohio license required before the start date; qualifying compact licenses may be accepted
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification
• All required certifications must be active and not pending
• COVID-19 and influenza vaccination required, with medical or religious exemptions considered according to applicable requirements
• Strong communication, patient-care, diagnostic imaging, and teamwork skills

CT Technologist Responsibilities

• Perform CT imaging examinations safely, accurately, and efficiently according to established computed tomography protocols
• Prepare and position patients for CT examinations while providing clear explanations and compassionate patient care
• Verify patient information, clinical history, and exam indications before diagnostic imaging procedures
• Monitor patients throughout CT procedures and promptly communicate concerns to the radiology and care teams
• Maintain compliance with radiation-safety practices and hospital CT department standards
• Review CT images for technical quality and coordinate with radiology staff when additional imaging is needed
• Document examinations and patient care activities accurately
• Support a collaborative, professional environment during overnight and weekend coverage
