Travel CT Technologist Job Details

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,440–$2,620
• Assignment Dates: November 30, 2026, through March 1, 2027
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks
• Healthcare Setting: Acute-care hospital
• Hours: 36 hours per week
• Shift: 12-hour rotating day/evening shifts, with start times rotating between approximately 9:00 a.m. and 10:30 p.m.
• Schedule: Rotating weekdays and Sundays
• Electronic Medical Record: EPIC
• Orientation: 16 hours

CT Technologist Job Requirements

• At least 2 years of CT technologist experience in an acute-care hospital setting
• Active Delaware license or eligibility for Delaware licensure
• CT certification as a Computed Tomography Technologist
• ARRT certification
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Experience operating Philips 256-slice and GE CT scanners
• Flu vaccination or approved medical exemption
• Ability to work rotating day/evening shifts, weekdays, and rotating Sundays

CT Technologist Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic computed tomography examinations in accordance with established imaging protocols and patient safety standards
• Prepare patients for CT procedures, explain examinations, and provide compassionate care throughout the imaging experience
• Operate Philips and GE CT equipment while maintaining diagnostic image quality and patient safety
• Complete accurate documentation and examination records in EPIC
• Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, providers, and other members of the hospital care team
• Follow radiation safety, infection prevention, and quality assurance procedures
• Adapt to a rotating schedule that includes extended day/evening shifts and rotating Sundays
