Stability Healthcare is looking for a Home Health RN RN contract position in Waukesha, WI. Home Health nurses work with patients of various ages and backgrounds who require daily care in their homes. Most of our patients are elderly and/or terminally ill. Home Health nurses are responsible for managing a heavy caseload(s). The ability to manage time and tasks are critical skills needed for these positions. While this position presents a challenging workload, the benefits of working outside a clinical setting may be rewarding to many Home Care nurses. Many nurses also enjoy the direct one on one assessment and attention spent on individual patients.

Pros

I only have amazing things to say about her. I would even take a job with her that has a lower rate vs somewhere else because she is so caring and friendly. Agency wise, I had benefits day one, 600 travel allowance paid first check, PTO accrual every week I have used after finishing assignment and daily pay.

Cons

Not the highest rates out there, but the quality of the recruiter makes up for it. Only other con would be sometimes they don't have locations I see other agencies listing.
