Description

Stability Healthcare is looking for a Hospice RN contract position in Santa Rosa, CA. They work in hospice facilities, nursing homes, hospitals, or patients' homes to provide comfort, pain management, and emotional support to both the patient and their family members. Hospice registered nurses assess patients' conditions, monitor vital signs, administer medications, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans. They also provide education and counseling to patients and their families about end-of-life care, grief and loss, and other related topics.

Pros

I only have amazing things to say about her. I would even take a job with her that has a lower rate vs somewhere else because she is so caring and friendly. Agency wise, I had benefits day one, 600 travel allowance paid first check, PTO accrual every week I have used after finishing assignment and daily pay.

Cons

Not the highest rates out there, but the quality of the recruiter makes up for it. Only other con would be sometimes they don't have locations I see other agencies listing.
