Registered Nurse - Cardiac Cath Lab

Work Schedule

36 hours per week (weekly guaranteed)
On-call weekends (>12 days call requirement)
Occasional float to Interventional Radiology (IR)

Unit Profile

Department: Cardiac Cath Lab
Number of Beds: 90
Patient Population: Adult
Equipment: GE Fluoroscopy, transitioning to CHANGE for hemodynamics
Electronic Health Record (EHR): Cerner
Procedures: Diagnostic and interventional cardiology procedures including stress testing, TEE, tilt table testing
Common Diagnoses: Coronary Artery Disease (CAD)

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arizona
Minimum 2 years of experience in Cardiac Cath Lab nursing, including experience within the last year
Certifications: ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) and BLS (Basic Life Support)
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)

Additional Information

Role includes RN and scrub tech responsibilities (RRT or RCIS credentials also accepted for scrub tech role)
Must be a team player
Scrub color and dress code provided by hospital
Candidate submission requires full packet including resume, self-assessment, and skills checklist
