Position Details

• Employment Type: Travel
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Weekly Hours: Approximately 32 hours per week

• Facility Setting: Long-Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH)
• Number of Beds: 41
• Reason for Opening: Gap in filling a full-time OT position
• Float Requirement: May be required to float to another nearby facility

Required Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in Oklahoma
• Minimum of 1 year of Occupational Therapist experience, including experience within the last year

Work Environment & Tools

• EMR: Net Health for billing; paper charting
• Dress Code: Royal Blue scrubs preferred but not mandatory

• Position will remain open until a full-time Occupational Therapist is hired
