Unit Beds: 14 beds, average daily census around 7
EHR System: MediTech

Licensure: Registered Nurse (RN) license required
Education: ADN or BSN required
Certifications:
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- Crisis Prevention Intervention Training (CPI)
Experience: Minimum 2 years in Behavioral Health Nursing (BHU)
Prior Travel Experience: Required (candidates without prior travel experience will be rejected)

Must have Iowa SING background check clearance (criminal and child abuse portions) – no exceptions
All background checks (county and state) must be fully cleared prior to start; no instant or statewide searches accepted
Mandatory reporter certification required (child and adult)
Drug test: 10-panel screening including opiates
Immunization titers within the last 12 months for MMR, Hep B, Varicella, and TB
Start days allowed: Monday or Tuesday
