• Patient ratio: 1 nurse to 4 newborns
• EHR system: GE Centricity
• Shift: Day
• Weekly guaranteed hours: 36
• Weekend hours: Every other weekend
• Call requirements: None
• Float requirements: Assist Postpartum (PP) or Labor & Delivery (LD), but will not take assignment in those areas
• Patient population: Newborns (36-41 week gestation)

• Dress code: Scrub color optional; wear own scrubs

• Meditech experience preferred
• Orientation is bi-weekly
• Contract length: 13 weeks
• Weekend hours every other weekend
• No call required

This travel RN role is for a Level II NICU/Newborn Nursery unit in Wilson, NC. The position requires at least 2 years of NICU or newborn nursery experience, current RN licensure, and NRP certification. The role is day shift with every other weekend coverage and no call. Candidates should be self-motivated and comfortable working with newborns 36-41 weeks gestation. Preferred certifications include PALS and STABLE. The contract length is approximately 13 weeks.
