Travel RN Opportunity - ICU

Location: Kennewick, Washington


Position Details

  • Specialty: ICU Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Shift: 6:30 PM – 6:30 AM
  • Weekly Hours: 36 guaranteed
  • Weekend Hours: Every other weekend
  • Call Requirements: None
  • Number of Openings: 1
  • Contract Length: 13 weeks

Unit Information

  • Unit: Medical ICU (2nd Floor)
  • Number of Beds: 14
  • Patient Ratio: 1:2, CN free of patients
  • Patient Population: Medical ICU with minimal cardiac cases
  • Typical Patients: Sepsis, respiratory issues, some cardiac and trauma
  • Equipment: Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump (IABP) occasionally used
  • Electronic Health Record (EHR): Paragon

Requirements

  • Licenses: Registered Nurse License
  • Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIH Certification
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in specialty (ICU)
  • Preferred Experience: Medical ICU, TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course)
  • Personality Fit: Team-oriented, accountable to best practices

  • No block schedules
  • Travel distance must be greater than 60 miles from facility to qualify as travel
