Required Qualifications

Active RN license in Arizona
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (must be American Heart Association)
Crisis Prevention Intervention/Hostile Work Environment Certification (CPI/HWC)
Minimum 2 years of experience in psychiatric nursing (higher value between 1 and 2 years)
ADN degree required
Ability to pass background check

Preferred Qualifications

At least 1 year of experience in psychiatric nursing preferred
De-escalation skills
Team player, flexible, able to work well in a fast-paced environment
