Unit Information

  • Unit: Neuro & Trauma Rehabilitation (Floor 6S)
  • Trauma Level: 1
  • Number of Beds: 26
  • Patient Ratios: Approximately half census case load
  • Patient Population: Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility (IRF)
  • Common Diagnoses/Treatments: Stroke, Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), hip fractures, trauma, acute renal failure (ARF), wound care, amputation
  • Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC

Required Qualifications

  • Valid RN license in Colorado
  • Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) / Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
  • Minimum 1 year of case management experience, including acute hospital case management
  • Case management experience within the last year
  • Utilization Review experience

Contract Length

  • 4 weeks (interpreted as 4 weeks based on contract length value)

Dress Code

  • Business casual/professional attire (scrubs acceptable)

Note: No call or float requirements. This is a travel assignment in a Level 1 trauma neuro and trauma rehab unit.
