Critical Care Nurse requirements:

Current, valid RN license in the state of assignment or compact RN license
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
Minimum of 5 years of recent experience in critical care nursing
Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
