He took the time to explain everything in detail, made sure I understood each step of the process, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. Once I accepted my assignment, Palash took over and continued the same outstanding level of support. He kept me informed throughout the onboarding process, provided gentle reminders about deadlines and required documents, and made sure everything stayed on track. His communication and professionalism made the transition seamless. I'd also like to recognize Nirali in HR. She has been incredibly responsive, kind, and supportive. She always follows up promptly, takes the time to address any concerns, and genuinely makes me feel heard. Every interaction leaves me feeling confident that she truly cares about the clinicians she works with. Together, Hardik, Palash, and Nirali made what can often be a stressful process feel easy and well-supported. Their teamwork, communication, and dedication are a true reflection of the excellent service ALOIS Healthcare provides.
Cons
The only area where I believe there is room for improvement is the health insurance benefits. While the support from the team has been outstanding, I would love to see more comprehensive and affordable health insurance options for travelers. Overall, I highly recommend ALOIS Healthcare. If you're looking for an agency with a team that communicates well, supports you every step of the way, and truly values its clinicians, ALOIS Healthcare is an excellent choice.
