Day 4x10-Hour (07:00 - 17:30) with after-hours call requirement, including weekend call approximately every third weekend.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Cath Lab Tech to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both the Diagnostic Cardiac Cath lab and Electrophysiology (EP) Lab, contributing to a fast-paced environment providing critical patient care.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic catheterizations and various cardiac procedures.
• Monitor hemodynamics and assist in the management of patients during procedures.
• Provide support in the Electrophysiology Lab, including procedures like Permanent Pacemaker Insertion and Impella insertion.
• Maintain sterile technique and adhere to infection control practices.
• Interpret dysrhythmias and make appropriate clinical decisions during procedures.
• Participate in after-hours call coverage as needed.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of Cath Lab Tech experience.
• Current Maryland State License is required at the time of submission.
• Certifications: ACLS, ARRT R, and BLS are required. ARRT CI, CCI RCES, and CCI RCIS are preferred.
