Shift: 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM. Requires every other weekend availability.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Emergency Department Nurse to join our team. The nurse will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency department, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for patients and their families.

Responsibilities

• Assess and triage patients in the emergency department.
• Implement and evaluate patient care plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Demonstrate respect and compassion while interacting with patients and families.
• Monitor vital signs and manage medical equipment effectively.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 2 years of nursing experience, including at least 1 year in an emergency department setting.
• ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, and NIHSS certifications required before starting.
• Experience in a Level II trauma center or high-volume emergency department preferred.
