Job Description

This position involves caring for post-surgical patients with a focus on orthopedic experiences. The nurse will be part of a 1:5 patient ratio on the med-surg floor, requiring a strong background in medical-surgical nursing.

Responsibilities

Provide care for post-surgical patients with a focus on orthopedic procedures.
Manage nursing tasks per established protocols in patient care.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Participate in twice-monthly orientation sessions as required.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Must have a background in medical-surgical nursing.
Experience with post-surgical patients, particularly in orthopedics, is highly beneficial.
