Night shift, 3 - 12 hour shifts, 7pm-7am

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse specializing in Med/Surg Telemetry. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in medical/surgical telemetry nursing and demonstrate a commitment to high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in a telemetry environment.
Monitor vital signs and manage cardiac monitoring.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure the best patient outcomes.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Educate patients and their families regarding care plans and health management.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Minimum of 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
Must have 18 months of permanent Med/Surg Tele experience prior to travel.
MUST HAVE PERMANENT OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE LICENSE IN HAND.
AHA BLS and ACLS certification required; must be willing to obtain NIHSS prior to start.
One recent reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the Med/Surg Tele specialty is required.
