Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with a specialty in Medical/Surgical Telemetry to join our team. The ideal candidate will display strong clinical skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Med/Surg Telemetry setting.
• Monitor and document patient status and progress.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
• Must have 18 months of permanent MS/Tele experience prior to travel.
• MUST HAVE PERMANENT OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND.
• AHA BLS and ACLS required; must be willing to obtain NIHSS prior to start.
• One recent reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for is required.
• ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment required during orientation.
