Job Description

Join a dynamic Stepdown unit at a well-renowned healthcare facility. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality care to patients in a cardiac stepdown environment. You will be responsible for monitoring patient progress, administering medications, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in accordance with established guidelines and protocols.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, responding to changes in status.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Coordinate with healthcare professionals to create and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families regarding health management and recovery.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• MUST HAVE 18 months of permanent experience in a Cardiac Stepdown setting prior to travel.
• Recent travel experience may suffice.
• Must have a permanent Ohio license or compact state license in hand.
• AHA BLS & ACLS, and NIH certification are required.
