Registered Nurse - Cardiac Stepdown Float Pool

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Three shifts of 12-hours each, rotating between day and night shifts (7:00 AM - 7:30 PM / 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM).

Job Description

Join the Cardiac Stepdown Float Pool, providing exceptional care to patients in a dynamic environment at a leading hospital. This position requires flexibility and a commitment to quality patient care.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care to cardiac stepdown patients.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
Monitor patient progress and adjust care as necessary.
Complete required assessments and documentation accurately.
Utilize advanced nursing knowledge in managing complex patient conditions.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Minimum of 18 months of permanent experience in cardiac stepdown nursing.
Active Ohio nursing license or compact state license required.
BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required.
Previous charge nurse experience preferred.
