Radiologic Technologist - PM Shift

Job Description

The Radiologic Technologist performs and assists with various types of radiologic procedures, following protocols established by the radiologists. This role involves direct patient care, preparing, maintaining, and operating radiographic equipment in a safe and responsible manner while adhering to appropriate radiation safety guidelines. Quality radiographs are produced for interpretation by a radiologist.

Responsibilities

Perform and assist with various radiologic procedures following established protocols.
Prepare and operate radiographic equipment safely and responsibly.
Follow radiation safety guidelines.
Produce high-quality radiographs for radiologist interpretation.
Engage directly with patient care throughout procedures.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
Graduate from a two-year AMA-approved radiologic technology program Required
Relevant experience in a general radiology role Required
Registered Technologist (R) Required
Basic Life Support certification Required

Schedule

This position is for the PM shift, with an 8-hour shift pattern.

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.
