This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Nights: 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30); Days: 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:30) with rotating shifts possible.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Cardiac Stepdown RN to join our dedicated nursing team. The ideal candidate will provide multi-faceted patient care and support within a progressive care environment. Candidates must have a strong background in cardiac stepdown nursing.

Responsibilities

Provide patient care in a cardiac stepdown unit.
Monitor patient vitals and manage cardiac telemetry.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members for optimal patient outcomes.
Execute physician orders and administer medications as needed.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

MUST HAVE 18 months of recent Cardiac Stepdown experience.
MUST HAVE a permanent Ohio license or a compact state license in hand at time of submission.
BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications are required.
Travel experience will suffice for the required experience.
