Job Description

Join our dynamic emergency department in a P4 trauma center that receives STEMI and stroke patients. Our ER features 28 beds, including 2 designated trauma/code rooms and a fast track area. You will work with a dedicated team and manage a diverse patient population, including critical care situations and trauma cases.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care in a fast-paced emergency setting.
• Manage critical situations including cardiac dysrhythmias and trauma interventions.
• Work collaboratively with physicians, mid-levels, and ER techs.
• Perform necessary skills such as EKGs, vital signs, and assisting with procedures.
• Utilize advanced critical care equipment and technologies.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• Must obtain TNCC certification by 10/21/2026.
• Experience with critical care skills including BiPap, Cpap, and mechanical ventilation.
• Ability to draw arterial blood gases (radial ABG).
