Registered Nurse (RN) - NOC Shift

Job Description

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for assessing, implementing, and evaluating care needed by assigned patients under the direction of a licensed physician. The RN will utilize their knowledge of nursing principles, theories, current methods, and techniques to provide high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

Assess, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Direct nursing support staff in providing patient care that complies with nursing practice standards.
Utilize the nursing process to individualize patient care effectively.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing is required.
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is preferred.
One year of experience in a clinical specialty area is preferred.
Active Pennsylvania Registered Nurse License is required.
Basic Life Support certification is required.

Schedule

This position operates on a NOC (night shift) schedule, with 12-hour shifts.
