Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse with a minimum of 18 months of recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing high-quality patient care in a telemetry setting.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
Monitor patients’ vital signs and neurological status, and interpret arrhythmias.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the highest quality of care.
Educate patients and families on disease management and wellness strategies.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Minimum of 18 months of permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience required.
MUST have an active Ohio RN license or a Compact State license in hand.
BLS & ACLS certifications required and must be active.
Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate during orientation.
