4x10-hour shifts from 07:00 to 17:30 with weekend call required (one full weekend per month).

Job Description

The Cath Lab/IR Tech will be responsible for providing support in the cath lab and interventional radiology (IR) settings. The position requires strong tech skills in angioplasty, cardiac stent placement, as well as experience in temporary pacemaker insertion and maintaining the sterile field. The role mandates participation in the STEMI Call team, responding within 30 minutes of activation.

Responsibilities

Perform diagnostic and interventional procedures in the cath lab and IR.
Manage patient load with a recommended ratio of 8-12 cases.
Participate in on-call rotations, approximately 7-10 days per month.
Ensure compliance with a strict no-tobacco policy and undergo drug screening.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Minimum 3 years of experience in cath lab/IR tech roles.
Active ARRT certification or RCIS with IR experience.
BLS, ACLS certifications required.
State licensure is required at the time of submission.
