Job Description

The Maternal Fetal Medicine Ultrasound Technologist is responsible for providing high-quality ultrasound services for patients in a high-risk obstetric setting. The position requires expertise in various ultrasound procedures pertinent to maternal fetal medicine, including but not limited to first, second, and third-trimester scans, amniocentesis, and fetal anatomy surveys.

Responsibilities

Perform high-quality ultrasounds for maternal-fetal medicine patients.
Assist in the management and care of high-risk pregnancies.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver optimal patient care.
Document patient information and ultrasound results accurately.
Follow established safety protocols and isolation precautions as needed.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Minimum of 2 years of experience in maternal-fetal medicine ultrasound.
ARDMS certification in OB/GYN is required.
Experience with high-risk OB and OB/GYN settings.
Ability to handle and operate portable ultrasound equipment.
