Travel Med Surg RN Position

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Nights, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, every other weekend and holiday.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Travel Medical Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic healthcare environment. The RN will be responsible for various tasks including EKG monitoring, IV insertion, medication administration, Foley catheter insertion, vital signs monitoring, and assisting with RSI.

Responsibilities

Monitor and assess patient conditions
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Perform EKGs and point-of-care testing
Insert IVs and Foley catheters
Document assessments and patient care

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

1-2+ years of Med Surg experience required
BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required

Location

Position available in a facility with a 30-bed unit.
