This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM. Every other weekend is required, with flexibility to meet departmental needs.

Job Description

Join a leading healthcare facility recognized for its clinical excellence and commitment to safety. This position is based in a busy Emergency Department, which serves as a referral center for trauma and comprehensive stroke care. The ideal candidate will be experienced in high-volume emergency settings and demonstrate a passion for providing quality patient care.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department.
Demonstrate teamwork and collaboration with clinical staff.
Participate in triaging and managing patients in a fast-paced environment.
Provide education and support to patients and their families.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, including at least 1 year in an Emergency Department setting.
Experience in a Level II trauma center preferred.
Certifications required: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, NIHSS (to be completed within 90 days of hire).
