Night shifts, 3 - 12 hour shifts (19:00 - 07:00)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Med/Surg Tele RN to join our team for the night shift. The ideal candidate will have recent experience in a Med/Surg Telemetry setting and will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care while adhering to all hospital protocols and procedures.

Responsibilities

Monitor and assess patient conditions to provide effective care
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Develop and implement nursing care plans
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
Document patient care and progress in the medical records

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Minimum of 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience
Permanent Ohio license or Compact State license required
Active BLS and ACLS certifications
Two assessments (ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate) required during orientation
