Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated License/Certificate Verification Specialist to assist in ensuring compliance with current health and professional standards. The role involves verifying and maintaining necessary health records and certifications for personnel, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and up to date.

Responsibilities

• Conduct license and certification verifications for healthcare personnel.
• Manage and track personal health history documents including vaccines and health statements.
• Ensure compliance with health regulations regarding screenings and tests.
• Assist in maintaining accurate records and documentation.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely onboarding of staff.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• COVID-19 Vaccination.
• MMR Vaccination.
• Fit Test certification.
• Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Influenza vaccination.
• TB Test records.
• Driver's License or State ID.
• Varicella vaccination.
• Tdap vaccination.
• Completion of required Prime competency exams and skill checklists.
• Prime Criminal Background Check.
• Prime Drug Screening (minimum 10-panel test).
