Job Description

The Med/Tele Nurse will support both the General Medical/Surgical unit (2 North) and the Observation Unit. Nurses may float between the two based on staffing and patient needs, providing care for adult to older adult patients.

Responsibilities

Provide nursing care and support to patients in both 2 North and Observation Units.
Monitor patient progress and report changes in condition to the appropriate medical staff.
Administer medications and IV infusions as required.
Collaborate with healthcare team to implement and evaluate plans of care.
Assist patients with activities of daily living when necessary.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Valid nursing license, BLS certification and experience in a Med/Tele setting is preferred.
