Job Description

The Registered Nurse in the Emergency Room will be responsible for providing patient care in a fast-paced environment. The nurse will work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the emergency department.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient progress and response to treatment plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to facilitate effective patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 18 months of permanent experience in the Emergency Room specialty.
• Current and active Ohio nursing license required at the time of submission.
• Covid-19 and Flu vaccines required unless exempt for medical or religious reasons.
• One reference from a supervisory role within the specialty is required for submission.
