Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team on a day shift schedule. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospital settings and be committed to providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with established protocols and standards.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions and provide necessary interventions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Educate patients and families about care plans, medications, and discharge instructions.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 18 months of permanent experience in the specialty applying for.
• Active Ohio RN license required at time of submission; compact licenses accepted for starts on or after 01/01/23.
• References must include one from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty.
• Certifications must be active with nothing pending.
