Mid 4x8-Hour Shift: Monday to Thursday, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM

Job Description

The Radiologic Technologist will perform CT and X-Ray procedures for both adult and pediatric patients. The role requires proficiency in starting IVs and conducting a variety of radiological exams. This position may also require floating to other facilities as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and complex CT and X-Ray examinations.
• Start IVs and administer contrast media as required.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and radiation safety regulations.
• Conduct patient assessments and prepare patients for examination procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in the electronic health record (EPIC).
• Provide excellent patient care and assist during emergency procedures as necessary.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist.
• Current BLS certification.
• ARRT certification in Radiography (R) and Computed Tomography (CT).
• Experience with PACS and Siemens imaging equipment preferred; Samsung X-Ray experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of pediatric and adult emergency department procedures.
• Successful completion of the Pass Fail EKG exam during compliance.
