Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team for night shifts. This role involves direct patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and managing a diverse patient population in a trauma Level I facility.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients, ensuring safety and comfort.
- Monitor patient vitals and document changes in the Epic charting system.
- Respond effectively to emergencies and participate in rapid response teams.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, while managing drips and patient lines.
- Float between units of equal acuity as needed.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.
- Trauma Level I experience is preferred.
- Experience with Epic charting is required.
- Travel nursing experience is preferred.
- BLS certification required.
