Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM - 04:30 PM, with occasional weekends.

Job Description

Seeking a dedicated healthcare professional with WCC certification to join our team. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong commitment and professionalism in providing quality patient care.

Responsibilities

Provide patient care in accordance with established protocols.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Current WCC certification is mandatory.
Compliance with health history and immunization requirements, including:

COVID-19 Vaccine
MMR
Hepatitis B
Influenza Vaccine
2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot)
Varicella
Physical/Health Statement

Completion of Trinity Skills Checklist and other onboarding forms.
