Job Description
Seeking a dedicated healthcare professional with WCC certification to join our team. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong commitment and professionalism in providing quality patient care.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient care in accordance with established protocols.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Current WCC certification is mandatory.
- Compliance with health history and immunization requirements, including:
- COVID-19 Vaccine
- MMR
- Hepatitis B
- Influenza Vaccine
- 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot)
- Varicella
- Physical/Health Statement
- Completion of Trinity Skills Checklist and other onboarding forms.
