ECMO, LVAD, Cath Lab Recovery Nurse

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

This position requires a shift from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM.

Job Description

We are seeking ECMO, LVAD, and Cath Lab Recovery capable nurses who are experienced in CVICU, E4 (4-heart step-down/progressive care) settings. The nursing role involves providing high-quality care to patients in critical condition, ensuring their recovery and comfort during their stay.

Responsibilities

Titration of Vesicant Medications
Familiarity with Pressors, Sedation, and Paralytics
Experience with Vents and Trachs
Telemetry Interpretation and Understanding of Hemodynamics
PA Catheter Setup and Interpretation
Transvenous Pacing, Cardioversion, and TEE
Chest Tube Insertions and Maintenance

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

ICU experience is required
CCRN certification is recommended
Familiarity with IABP, Impella, and CRRT is appreciated
