Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide high-quality care in an acute care hospital setting. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to support patient rehabilitation and mobility across various diagnoses.
Responsibilities
- Assess and evaluate patient needs related to physical therapy.
- Implement and monitor individualized treatment plans.
- Assist patients with rehabilitative exercises and mobility training.
- Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
- Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
- Educate patients and their families on therapy techniques and safety.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist required.
- California Physical Therapy license required.
- BLS certification preferred.
- Experience with Epic charting system preferred.
- Previous charge experience is a plus.
