CT Technologist - 10H Nights

Location

Assigned facility is located outside 50 miles from the candidate's drivers license address.

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Shifts are 10 hours, nights from 9 PM to 7 AM, with possible variations. Weekend and holiday rotations apply.

Job Description

The CT Technologist is responsible for performing high-quality imaging studies while ensuring patient safety and comfort. This role requires a thorough understanding of radiological practices specific to both adult and pediatric patients, excluding interventional radiology which serves adults only.

Responsibilities

Conduct CT imaging procedures according to established protocols.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and guidelines.
Maintain and operate imaging equipment while troubleshooting as necessary.
Prepare patients for imaging procedures and address any concerns.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

ARRT certification in CT is preferred.
Current BLS certification through AHA is required.
Valid state license to practice as a CT Technologist.
Experience with EPIC EMR and Canon/Toshiba imaging systems is beneficial.
