Registered Nurse - Night Shift (3x12-Hour)

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Night shift: 3x12 hours (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM) with weekend coverage as needed, likely every other weekend.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse for a night shift position in a medical-surgical unit. This role requires a strong clinical background and the ability to float to various units, including rehabilitation and telemetry as needed. Candidates will be reviewed by clinical management to ensure a good fit and will proceed to a manager interview if clinical qualifications are met.

Responsibilities

Provide patient care for adults and geriatrics in various medical-surgical settings.
Ability to care for COVID patients as needed.
Float to other medical surgical floors and rehabilitation units as required.
Participate in interdisciplinary support services for optimal patient care.
Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a clinical setting.
ACLS and BLS certifications required.
EPIC charting experience strongly preferred.
Local candidates must be within a 50-mile radius.
No license hits are accepted.
