Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Cardiac OR RNFA who is capable of assisting with chest exposure and closing, as well as independently performing vein harvesting for CABGs. While it is preferred to have experience with DaVinci robotic cases, it is not required. Additionally, expertise in scrubbing and circulating complex cardiac cases, which may include CABGs, structural heart cases (e.g., Bentall), minimally invasive procedures (e.g., Mini Aortic Valve Replacement), heart failure cases (e.g., Impella), and heart transplants, is preferred.

Schedule

This position primarily offers a schedule of 36 or 48 hours per week, with shifts primarily on weekdays from 7 AM to 7 PM and 11 AM to 11 PM, along with on-call responsibilities as needed by the unit.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of Cardiac RNFA experience
• AHA BLS and ACLS certifications
• NYS RN license
• CNOR certification
• Telemetry experience
