This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule
This position requires working night shifts from 18:30 to 07:00. The schedule consists of 12-hour shifts, totaling 144 hours per week over a series of 12 shifts.
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and licensed nurse for our night shift program. This role requires a passionate individual ready to provide high-quality patient care during the night hours. Ideal candidates will possess strong clinical skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients during the night shift.
- Monitor patient vitals and report any changes in condition.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Document all patient interactions and care provided.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Active Nursing License in the state of practice.
- Prior nursing experience preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) desired.
