Job Description
The Registered Nurse will provide high-quality care to patients during night shifts, ensuring that all medical protocols and standards are strictly followed. This role includes responsibilities in patient assessment, medication administration, and communication with interdisciplinary teams to facilitate optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Deliver nursing care and medical treatment in accordance with established protocols.
- Conduct patient assessments and monitor vital signs.
- Administer medications and ensure proper documentation.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and families regarding health conditions and care plans.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience required.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
- Current BLS certification required.
- Experience in a hospital setting preferred.
- Compliance with COVID-19 and flu vaccination requirements.
