Physical Therapist (PT) - Outpatient Experience Required

Job Description

The Physical Therapist evaluates assigned patients and develops, implements, and modifies treatment plans according to the patients' needs, goals, and physician direction. Responsibilities include delegating and directing discipline-specific therapy services for patients, designing functional treatment programs, and serving as an educator for patients, families, students, and coworkers. A strong commitment to compliance with safety and organizational standards is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients.
• Develop and implement treatment plans focused on patient progress.
• Document medical records clearly, accurately, and timely.
• Participate in student programs, providing a positive learning environment.
• Engage in professional development through continuing education and self-study.
• Uphold professional standards and maintain licensure in good standing.
• Collaborate in organizational performance improvement initiatives.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• At least 6 months of outpatient clinical experience.
• Current CPR certification.
