Work hours will range between 6:45 AM and 6:00 PM, with extended hours on Tuesdays until 8:00 PM.
Job Description
The GHR Program Manager will cover the Neurology specialty and work alongside three Neuro Providers. The role requires a Registered Nurse (RN) with previous ambulatory care experience and familiarity with the EPIC electronic medical record (EMR) system.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Neurology specialty.
- Collaborate with Neuro Providers to ensure effective patient management and care delivery.
- Utilize EPIC for clinical documentation and patient management.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Active RN license.
- Ambulatory care experience is required.
- Previous experience with EPIC is preferred.
