This position requires 3x12 hour shifts from 07:00 to 19:00, specifically on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, with potential for some holidays.
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced CT/X-Ray Tech to join our team for a 13-week contract. The ideal candidate must possess extensive experience in Orthopedics and have a strong background in high-volume imaging workflows. Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems, particularly EPIC, is essential.
Responsibilities
- Perform CT and X-Ray imaging procedures as required.
- Maintain high standards of patient care and communicate effectively with healthcare team members.
- Document procedures accurately within the EMR system.
- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with medical imaging standards.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a CT/X-Ray Tech, preferably with travel experience.
- RT(R)(CT) certification is required.
- BLS certification is mandatory.
- Recent EMR experience, specifically with EPIC.
- Must be a graduate of an AMA accredited nuclear medicine technology program.
