Job Description
We are currently seeking a qualified Registered Nurse with Epic experience required to join our team. This position involves providing high-quality nursing care to patients within our facility and requires adherence to all established protocols and guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Administer nursing care and medications as prescribed.
- Monitor patient health status and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Assist in developing patient care plans and offer patient education as needed.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Experience using Epic EMR is mandatory.
- Must be able to wear navy blue scrubs as required by facility policy.
